AUTO DEFROST 

The oven allows the defrosting of meat, poultry, and seafood. The time and the defrosting 
power are adjusted automatically once the weight is programmed.  The weight range of 
frozen foods that can be defrosted is between 100g and 1800g. 
For example: If you want to defrost 600g of shrimp. 
1. 

Place the shrimp to be defrosted into the oven. 

2. 

Turn WEIGHT/TIME dial anti-clockwise once,

Turn WEIGHT/TIME dial to select food weight. 

4. Press

button. 

 

NOTE:

 during auto defrost program, the oven will pause and sound bleeps.  Turn the food 

over and press the START b u t t o n  to r e s u m e  d e f r o s t i n g . 

 
 

AUTO COOK 

There are 8 auto menus you can use for easy cooking. It is not necessary to program the 
duration o r  the cooking power just select food type and weight or quantity. S ee t h e  chart 
b e l o w   for  the auto cook menus.   
For example: to cook 400g of fish.
