To reduce the risk of fire in the oven cavity:

  Do not overcook food 

z

  Do not leave the microwave unattended while you are using it 

z

  Remove wire twist-ties from bags before outing the bag in the oven. 

z

  If materials inside the oven catch fire, keep the oven door closed, turn the oven off at 

the wall switch, or shut the power off at the fuse or circuit-breaker panel
