is 99mins, the pressure inside will be kept at 60-70kpa, that means the
temperature inside is kept at around 112°C -114°C)
press the "Start" button to confirm it, it will start heating.
Users can adjust the pressurised cooking time appropriately according to the type of
food and according to one‟s preference.
For liquid foods (i.e. porridge), the pressure limiting valve cannot be moved to
“Exhaust” position to release the pressure. This is to avoid the fluid of the food to
spill out from the vent holes. The user should wait for the temperature to drop
down and the floater to sink before serving the food.
Hold the handle and turn it in a clockwise direction until you reach the Opened Lid
position, then pull the lid upwards to a vertical position. (Figure 2 & 3)
