66 When the reservoir is empty, release

67 Unplug the iron, and sit it on its heel to cool.
68 When it’s cold, wipe off any moisture.
69 Store the iron on its heel, to avoid corrosion and damage to the soleplate.

70 Press the clip over the cable to keep it tight and tidy.

 CLEANING

71 Unplug the iron when not in use, before moving and before cleaning. Let it cool 

down fully before cleaning and storing away.

72 Wipe outer surfaces with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a little washing-up liquid.
73 Remove spots from the soleplate with a little vinegar – take care not to scratch it.

 LOST THE FUNNEL?

74 If you lose the funnel, you may purchase a replacement from Customer Service (see 

back page).

75 While you’re waiting for the replacement to be delivered, you may continue to use 

the iron by manually operating the valve at the bottom of the water inlet.

78 Press and release the valve to open it.
79 Fill the reservoir (not above max).

80 Press and release the valve to close it.
