vacuum stopper in the claw will be oriented towards the floor and push the
vacuum stopper. (Figure- 3) in this position the head restraint cover will hang
and avoid vacuum leakage.
Install the nipple cap as shown in the pictures. (Figure- 4)
Watch the milk flow through the transparent lid of the claw, the flow indicator
and the milk hose. When the milker is over, pull the vacuum plug and take the
milker equipment. (Figure- 5)
Do the same for other animals.
Be sure to empty the buckets before they are completely filled. Otherwise, the
vacuum pump will be damaged with the milk coming back in.
To empty the buckets, turn off the switch, turn off the milker plug and push the
vacuum plugs into the milker trolley. In fixed models, close the vacuum valves
and push the vacuum plug.
After you have finished milking and taken the milk from the bucket, turn on the
milker by pushing the vacuum plug and soak the milker arms in hot water. In
this way, the cleaning will be done with water absorbed and collected in the
bucket. Then empty the bucket by turning off the vacuum cleaner. Clean
(disinfectants) the milker repeats the same procedure with hot water and
cleaning detergent. Finally repeat the action with clean cold water. (Figure- 6)
You can wash all milkers components except the electrical parts and its motor.
Keep the milker in a safe place, avoiding such defects caused by weather
conditions, children, and animals.
