ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Please read our product safety warnings on page two before adjusting the rebounder.
Releasing tension on the paracord
handle will engage the plunger bolts
and moving the top crossbar slightly
back and forth will allow the
plunger bolts to find and engage
the desired hole setting. Make
sure the plunger bolts are
completely set into the
holes before setting the
front of the rebounder
back on the ground.

To adjust your rebound-
er, step on the rear
lower crossbar, grasp
the top crossbar with
one hand and the
paracord adjustment
handle with the other.
Pull back on the top
crossbar, slightly raising
the lower front of the
rebounder off the
ground. This will take
pressure off the plunger
bolts and allow them to
move freely.
3.
Pull the paracord handle to
disengage the plunger bolts
and then pull or push the top
crossbar to the desired angle.
