Off The POE is not powered on.
Solid green The POE has been powered on.
Solid yellow The POE is overloaded, and is not powered
on.
Solid red The port POE does not supply power.

Up.
Blinking green Data at a rate of 1000 M are being transceived
at the port.
Solid yellow The 100 M link that the port connects to is Up.
