E 2 Key Features
The DigitalMonitor 8ch 10689 features several display modes for analyzing
stereo or multichannel audio signals in various ways. The display is divided
into three sections to show three different instruments in parallel.

The right display section ( PPM section , see Fig. E 2-1) is always used for
PPM bargraphs showing the levels of the up to eight inputs .
The top left display section ( Multi Instrument 1 , see Fig. E 2-1) is used for
several graphical display modes like the Audio Vectorscope or the Multi
Correlator. It can as well show AES status data of the digital input signals in
text format.
The smaller display section on the left ( Multi Instrument 2 , see Fig. E 2-1)
is used for text-based information display like a summary of the important
AES-3 status informations or a Stopwatch.
