How to Screen Share Mode
(sharing screen from personal device)
You can display the screen from your laptop PC on the conference monitor
and do the presentation for participants in both on-line and off-line local
meetings.
Screen Share by HDMI Connection
1. Connect external devices such as laptop, tablet PC to HDMI IN
port located in front of the RemoteMeeting BOX.
2. Select YES on the dialogue window on the screen to proceed.
The screen which you want to share displays on the monitor (only) in
your conference room.
3. Press Screen Share Button(key number 5) on the remote control
to display your screen to all participants.
4. Press Screen Share Button again to stop to display your screen
to participants.
5. Press Press Screen Switch button (number 2 key) on the remote
control to change the screen.
Caution
• This product should be used with ambient temperatures between
32℉ to 104℉
• Do not disassemble the product. The manufacturer warranty will not
applied to the product that have been disassembled by a user.
• Sellers or users are encouraged to know that this product complies the
electromagnetic compatibility and is for the purpose of business
uses(Class A) according to KCC in Korea.
• This product is the Class A apparatus of information technology.
If this product is used in a residential surroundings, it might cause
harmful interference to other electronic devices such as radio or
television reception. With this circumstance of electronic interference,
a user is encouraged to determine the proper correction according to
VCCI in Japan.
