1.
Take off the battery door (as chart, push down part G), put 1 pc DC1.5V AAA
size battery into the battery cover according to the inside symbol of "+" /"-".
After inserting the battery, the LCD will be in full display for 2 seconds, it will start
to measure temperature and humidity. If you want to measure outdoor temper-
ature, you should remove the probe of wire , then put the probe outside the win-
dow. And it will measure the outddor temperature and display in part "A".
2.
After inserting the battery, the default date: January 1, 2007, 00:00. Please set
the present date according to the following time setting operation.

Please replace the battery when the LCD display becomes dark.
max/min temperature memory function
1.
Press "out temp max-min mem" button, enter into the display of outdoor tem-
perature MAX/MIN reading and the corresponding memory date and time.
2.
Press"-/in temp mem" button enter into the display of indoor temperature
MAX/MIN reading and the corresponding memory date and time.
3.
Press"+/in hum mem" button enter into the display of indoor humidity MAX/MIN
reading and the corresponding memory date and time.
4.
Press"mem reset" button to clear all the recorded maximum and minimum
reading.
manual time setting
1.
Hold "SET" button for 3 secondsto enter into time/calendar setting, the set-
ting item will"blink" at 1HZ.
2.
The setting sequence is shown as follows: Year (2007-2099), Month, Day,
Hour, Minute,then exist.
3.
Press"SET" button to confirm each setting, then enter into next setting
item.
