REAC connection examples
Here we show some examples of REAC setups and connections.
For details on REAC settings for the M-300, refer to “REAC
settings” (p. 140).
Set the M-300’s REAC setting to FOH (p. 140). The M-300’s REAC A
and REAC B will both be the
REAC master
.

Example:
Both the REAC A and the REAC B are used for input/output
from/to stage. By using M-300’s two REAC systems, you can
place input/output units on both sides of the stage.

Example:
The REAC A is used for input/output from/to stage, and the
REAC B is used for splitting FOH inputs to monitor/broadcast
consoles.
To split the FOH inputs as analog audio signals or AES/EBU format,
an S-4000S in which output modules (SO-DA4 or SO-AES4) have
been installed can be used. This allows up to 40 channels of analog
audio signals (SO-DA4) or in AES/EBU format (SO-AES4).
You can use a REAC driver with SONAR DAW software to record
from the M-300’s SPLIT/BACKUP port to your computer.

The M-300’s REAC port connected to a PC must be a REAC
