My camera keeps on beeping. What is happening?
The beeping sound is a notification to the user that the camera is NOT recording.
The following are some of the most common reasons which may be preventing
your camera to record:

No Memory card inserted (Or inserted incorrectly)
•
Memory card requires formatting
•
Memory card is no longer functional
To format the memory card, please access to the mobile app’s setting menu, and
navigate to the bottom of the app for the option “Format Memory Card”.
I cannot find the camera’s Wi-Fi while the camera is on.
Ensure the nano Dash Cam is connected to a reliable power source, such as
the included car power adapter, or any smartphone chargers. If the nano Dash
Cam is connected to a computer’s USB port, the camera will go into “USB Mass
Storage Mode”, of which the Wi-Fi will not be activated.
Mass Storage function does not work.
The Mass storage function will work on both Windows and Mac. Restart the PC,
as this may be required for the necessary driver to be loaded correctly. After the
PC has been restarted, please disconnect and reconnect the cable to the Dash
Cam.
Video files cannot be played.
The video files from the nano are saved in .MOV format, and may not be
compatible with your PC if suitable playback software is not installed.
Video Image is blurred.
Please remove the protective lens cover (if it is not yet removed), clean the
camera lens using a soft cloth, and cleaning the windshield may improve video
image quality.
Video has no sound.
Ensure that “Microphone” setting is turned ON within the Settings.
