Counting Method according to Multiplication and Phase 
Difference

Description

Phased input 

Counting every falling edge in phase A, and check signal level 
in phase B to check direction of rotation.

Count at falling edge and rising edge in Phase A and Phase B. 
Check Phase B level at rising / falling edge in Phase A and
