Trouble shooting of antenna system Alpha 2T
1.
Check that the LED “Power ON” is iluminated. Otherwise check that the power supply
to the DB1C is available and check the fuse inside the DB1C (0.1A medium blow;
5x20 mm).
2.
Check the cables and connectors to TV and FM radio.
3.
Check the current consumption of the DB1C:
– ca. 66 mA with antenna connected
– ca. 20 mA with antenna not connected
4.
Check the antenna cable especially the connectors. Checking the
resistance with an ohmmeter will indicate ca. 500 kOhm.
5.
Check the output voltage from the DB1C to the antenna: 8 V
