REMOVAL OF BATTERY ON VEHICLE

BATTERY MAINTENANCE

The

vehicle

provided with 12V -
14 AH battery.

Unlock (turn the key
anti clockwise) and
remove the battery
cover.

Remove the battery
holding two rubber
straps gently.

Pull out the battery
and turn, then
disconnect both the
terminal

wires

(negative

and

positive respectively)

Take out the battery.

The battery must be
periodically checked
for

Cleanliness and
corrosion

free

terminals.

Electrolyte level
must be above
“MIN” level.

If electrolyte level
is low, remove
caps and top up
with distilled water
only.

Apply petroleum jelly
over the batter y
terminals to avoid
sulphation.
