5TH PAID SERVICE ACTIVITIES
1 Water wash the motorcycle and dry it with a clean cloth
2 Batery Electrolyte Check level & top-up, if necessary
3 Battery terminals Clean and apply petroleum jelly
4 Rear Drive chain free play Check, clean, lubricate & adjust
5 Rear brake pedal pivot Lubricate
6 Rear brake cam Cam clean, lubricate & Adjust play
7 Rear wheel cush drive rubbers Inspect & replace
8 Front & Rear brakes (Drum) Check & Adjust play
9 Tyres front & rear Check wear pattern
10 Air filter element Replace
11 Spark plugs (2 Nos.) Check, clean & adjust gap
12 H.T. Leads Inspect for cracks
13 Carburetor Clean, Inspect & tune
14 Fuel filter in Fuel tap Clean
15 Fuel pipe Inspect for crack
16 Rubber Hose- Air filter to carburetor Check and Replace
17 Rubber Hose- Inlet manifold Check and Replace
18 Rubber hose, Evaporative Emission Equipment Replace
19 Accelerator, Carburetor / TPS cable Check & Adjust play
20 Clutch cable / Lever free play Check & Adjust play
21 Engine oil sump strainer, magnetic drain plug Clean
22 Engine oil Replace
23 Engine oil filter element Replace
24 Hand levers & kick starter pivot Lubricate
25 Front Fork Inspect for oil leakage
26 Swing arm spacer & pivot bush Lubricate
27 Steering Ball Races & Balls system Check, Lub.Steering races, balls & Adj. Play
28 Inlet / Exhaust valve seating Check by compression test
29 Earth wire eyelet contact Inspect
30 Pivot-Side stand, Center stand, Pillion Foot Rest Lubricate
31 Wheel rims front & rear Check spokes tightness / run out
32 Front Disc Brake (Bullet 350-ES) Check & top up brake fluid level
