SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
General safety information for the use of electrical devices:
To avoid injury from fire or electric shock, please ensure
the compliance with the safety instructions when using this
device. Please read the instructions carefully and make sure
that you have understood them well. Keep the manual near
the equipment to be able to read it at any time. Always
use current sources which are connected to the ground and
which provide the necessary voltage (this info is indicated
on the label on the device). If you have any doubts, let an
electrician check that your outlet is properly grounded.
Never use a damaged power cable. Do not open the unit
in damp or wet environment, or if your hands or body are
damped or wet. Protect the unit from solar radiation. Use
the device in a protected location to avoid damaging the
equipment or endangering others. Make sure the device is
able to cool and avoid placing it too close to other devices
that produce heat. Before cleaning the device, disconnect it
from the power source. Use a soft damp cloth for cleaning.
Avoid using detergents and make sure that no liquid enters
the unit. No internal element of this device needs to be
maintained by the user. Opening the device without our
approval leads to a loss of warranty!

ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD! Do not attempt to repair
the unit yourself. In case of device failures, repairs
must be done by qualified experts.

Please check the main plug and the power cable
regularly. If the power cable for this device is
damaged, it has to be replaced by the manufacturer
or its customer service or another qualified person in
order to prevent hazards.

Prevent damages to the power cable by avoiding
squeezing or bending it or rubbing it on sharp
edges. Also keep the power cable away from hot
surfaces and open flames.
10. ATTENTION! DANGER TO LIFE! While cleaning, never
immerse the device in water or other liquids.
11. Under no circumstances should the housing be
opened.
12. Do not operate the device with wet hands.
13. Do not touch the rotating parts of the device when in

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The blender mixer with lid is designed for blending food and
cocktails, shredding and grating vegetables, soups, purées,
cheese creams, almond butter, crushing ice, nuts, almonds,
etc.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-
intended use of the device.
BERORE THE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity
and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please contact
your transport company and distributor within 3 days, and
document the damages as detailed as possible. Do not turn
the package upside down! When transporting the package,
please ensure that it is kept horizontal and stable.
DISPOSING OF PACKAGING
Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes
and Styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the device can
be sent back to the service centre in accurate condition!
INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE
APPLIANCE LOCATION
Do not use in ambient temperatures of more than 45°C and
if the relative humidity exceeds 85%. Keep the device away
from hot surfaces. The device should always be used out of
reach of the children and mentally disabled people. Ensure
unobstructed access to the electricity plug at all times. Make
sure the power source reflects the parameters on the rating
plate!
Prior to the first use, remove and wash all elements and wash
the entire device.

The device has a pulse feature. To activate in pulse mode,
press the pulse trigger so that it is in the ON position. Once
the trigger is released the device will switch off automatically.
For better blending of large or hard pieces use the tamper
to press the products down. ATTENTION! Start the device at
a low speed and run for approx. 2 seconds, or use the pulse
trigger and then switch to a high speed (this is particularly
applicable for hard products)! ATTENTION! When mixing
products of different hardness, first add the soft products
(milk, yoghurt, fresh fruits) and then put the hard products
(e.g. ice) on top). ATTENTION! Before mixing frozen products
or products which have clumped together make sure they
are first reduced to smaller elements! ATTENTION! The
device has overload protection, which activates if the device
is used for extensively long periods to process hard products
– the device will switch off automatically. Then wait for 15
minutes and press the button on the underside of the base,
the device is ready to continue working.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
During transport, the machine should be protected from
shaking, falling and turning upside down. Store it in
a properly ventilated place with dry air and without any
corrosive gas.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Always unplug the device before cleaning it and after
each use.
•
Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean
surface.
•
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
before reusing it.
•
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
•
Do not spray the base and the motor with a stream
of water.
•
In order to clean the blade, turn the jug upside
down, unscrew the attachment and carefully remove
the blade. Once the blade has been cleaned, insert
it carefully into the bottom and screw on the
attachment making sure the seal is on properly:

Operating principle
•
Model RCMB-2LA
Turn on the device using the On/Off switch. Then select one
of the three modes: LOW, MED, or HIGH – the device will
start. To turn off the device press the same button or use
the On/Off switch. After selecting the time (35”, 60”, 90”), the
device will work for the selected time and then it will turn-
off automatically. The device has a pulse feature. After the
PULSE button is activated, the device will only work when the
pulse trigger is pressed. For better blending of large or hard
pieces use the tamper to press the products down.

Use the speed selector knob to select the revs and then
turn the device using the On/Off button. In order to turn
the device off, press the ON/OFF button to the OFF position.
CHECK REGULARLY THE DEVICE
Regularly check the machine for signs of damage. If the
machine is damaged, please stop using it immediately and
contact your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of a problem? Please contact your
customer service and prepare the following information:
•
Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be
found on the technical plate on the device).
•
If relevant, take a picture of the damaged, broken or
defective part.
•
It will be easier for your customer service clerk to
determine the source of the problem if you give
a detailed and precise description of the matter. The
more detailed your information, the better customer
service will be able to solve your problem rapidly and
efficiently!
CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorization
of your customer service. This can lead to a loss of warranty!
