1. Floor
Place floor on a level surface.

Drill Pilot holes in the
side panel frames for
each screw.
2. Wall panels
Position the back panel and a side panel on the floor. Note how the panel cladding overhangs the floor edge and the panel
frames sits on the floor. secure together using 2 x 50mm screws. Screw through the side panel frame in to the back panel
frame. Attach the other side panel in the same way. Then add the front panel.

4. Roof panel assembly
Secure a felt batten flush to the lower edge of each roof panel using 5 x 30mm nails per batten. Flush to the front edges
of each roof panel fit the bargeboard blocks. Note that on the right-hand panel the bargeboard block at the apex is flush
with the top edge of the panel but on the left-hand panel the block is set 30mm in from the upper edge of the roof.
secure each block using 2 x 30mm nails.

5. Roof panels to walls
locate the roof purlin at the apex between the front and back panels, secure using 1 x 63mm screw at each end. Screw
through the panels in to the ends of the purlin. Place the roof panels onto the building, make sure the top edges are
located at the apex and the roof is flush with the back panel. Secure with 8 x 30mm nails per roof section,nail through
the roof and into the panel framing.

3. Securing wall panels to floor
Secure the wall panels to the floor at each side using 2 x 40mm screws. At the front of the kennel screw up through the
floor in to the ends of the front panel frame using 1 x 40mm screw each side of the door. At the back use 1 x 40mm
screw.

Important note
To "
VALIDATE
" the guarantee, adequate provision must be
made to ensure ground contact is avoided and air is able to
circulate underneath the building.
Placing the building on a concrete pad or slab base is
acceptable provided that the building is not allowed to sit in
pooled water during wet conditions.
If the building is to sit on soil or grass it
MUST
be erected
on pressure treated wooden 50mm x 50mm or similar
bearers
(These are not supplied in the kit).
Rowlinson Garden Products recommend using pressure
treated bearers with all buildings on any type of base.
