1. Park the vehicle on a smooth level surface.
2. Remove the 6 plastic clips holding the upper radiator shroud. Remove the shroud.

3. Using a 10mm socket, remove the (4) bolts securing the upper grille.

4. Remove the grille by pulling out from the truck.
See Photo 3.
5. Pull the inner grille section out of the clips.
See Photo 4.
6. Using a reciprocating saw, cut the upper grille mount from the inner portion of the grille.

7. Remove the inner grille from the outer shell.

Remove the radiator shroud.
Remove the upper grille bolts.
Remove the grille from the truck.
Unclip the inner grille.
Cut the grille from the upper mount.
Remove the inner grille.
