CAUTION:
The use of accessories or attachments other than those recommended in this manual
can lead to injury. Use only original replacement parts.

Maintain all protective devices in good working order. Do not remove or defeat protective
devices.
c)
The cutting wire gets hot! - Danger of burns!
We recommend that you wear protective gloves.
Do not touch the hot wire while the cutter is operational! - Allow it to cool down! - Wear protective
goggles!
d)
Do not use the cutter
outdoors when it is raining, in a damp or wet environment (for example
after rain) or in an environment where flammable gases or flammable liquids are present.
e)
Keep your workplace well lit.
f)
Do not allow the machine to run unattended. Always turn the machine off after the job is
finished and do not leave it unattended until it has cooled down completely.
g)
Outdoor mains outlets
must be equipped with an RCD protection device. This is required by the
wiring regulations. Please observe this when operating the tool.
h)
Mains cable:
To prevent the risk of injury, damaged mains cables may only be replaced by the
manufacturer, by customer service or by a similarly qualified person.
i)
If you need to use an extension cable ensure that the conductors
are of sufficient diameter
to carry the machine’s rated current and be sure that the extension cable is in good working order.
j)
Damaged parts or safety mechanisms
must be replaced or repaired by an authorised workshop
unless the instruction manual states otherwise.
k)
This appliance is not intended for use
by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised
to make sure that they do not play with the appliance.
l)
Check the machine,
the cable and the plug for signs of damage each time you use the machine.
m)
Ensure that the machine is switched off before connecting the machine to the mains.
n)
Always lead the mains cable away towards the rear of the machine.
o)
Maintain a stable posture and always
keep your balance when working.
p)
Regularly inspect all fasteners
and be sure that these are tightly fastened. Loose screw
connections must be fastened immediately to avoid danger.
q)
Disconnect the unit from the mains before carrying out any type of maintenance or
adjustment.
r)
Wear suitable clothing.
Do not wear loose fitting clothes or jewellery. Keep hair, clothing and
gloves away from moving parts. Loose fitting clothes, jewellery or long hair can be caught up in
moving parts.
