The Speedstar tacker tool supports the tacker function with a
compression spring. After each stapling process, the ergonomic
bow handle is returned to its starting position by the spring.
It is not necessary to lift the tacker tool after each use.
The plastic weight pushes the stapler clips into the correct
position up to the last 3 to 4 clips.

Maintenance
> The running surfaces of the stamp and the spring mandrel are
checked at regular intervals and cleaned if necessary and kept
free running with a resilient solid or semisolid grease lubricant.
(e.g. no chemicals grease spray or similar products).
> To replace the compression spring, the spring mandrel or the
slide bearing, the fitting screw is loosened and the tacker tube
with the stamp is pulled up out of the housing.
> When reassembling, the threads are secured again with glue
(e.g. Locite 243 or similar screw locking devices).

Das Tackerwerkzeug Speedstar unterstützt die Tackerfunktion
durch eine Druckfeder. Nach jedem Tackervorgang wird der
ergonomische Bügelgriff durch die Feder in die Ausgangsposition
gebracht. Das Anheben des Tackerwerkzeugs nach jedem Betätigen
ist nicht notwendig.
Das Kunststoffgewicht schiebt die Tackerklips bis zu den letzten
3 bis 4 Klips in die richtige Position.

Wartung
> Die Laufflächen und die beweglichen Teile werden in
regelmäßigen Abstanden überprüft und nach Bedarf gereinigt
und mit Silikonspray gleitfähig gehalten.
> Zum Austausch der Druckfeder, des Federdorn oder des
Gleitlagers wird die Passschraube gelöst und das Tackerrohr mit
Stempel nach oben aus dem Gehäuse gezogen.
Beim Zusammenbau wird die Schraube wieder mit Kleber
(z. B. Locite ) gesichert.
