PRODUCT FEATURE

This Fondue Set is ideally suited for Fondue Chinoise (with bouillon) or Fondue Bour-
guignonne (with oil).
o
This set includes:
Pot
Metal rechaud with sauce carousel and burner
Splash guard with fork holder
6 forks
6 black ceramic bowls
6 spoons

BEFORE USING THE FONDUE SET FOR THE FIRST TIME
o
Carefully take all the parts out of the packaging.
o
Wash all the parts with a soft cloth and a little bit of soapy water. Never use sharp or
abrasive cleaning products.
o
Allow all the parts to dry completely.
o
Do not put into the dishwasher!

HOW TO USE YOUR FONDUE SET
o
Place the rechaud on a table or another even surface.
o
Fill the pot with the desired ingredients and preheat it on the cooker at medium tem-
perature.
o
Make sure when you are making Fondue Bourgignon that you only fill the oil up to
the MAX level marked on the pan.
o
Light the burner with the appropriate fuel.
o
Place the pot carefully on the rechaud.
o
When the liquid has reached the set temperature, you can put the fork holder on the
pan and start the fondue.
