Operating:
•
Do not use the machine if the main switch does not work properly.
•
Always unplug the cable from the power outlet when performing controls, storing
or maintaining the machine.
•
Do not overload the machine.
•
Unplug the machine when not in use.
•
Do not cover the vents of the machine.
•
Store the machine in a dry place out of reach of children and other people who
are not able to operate the machine.
•
Control the machine condition before operating. Control the moving parts, the
housing and the cable for damages and defects. Do not use the machine if
damages are found.
•
Keep the machine clean. This increases the ease of use and life span of the
machine.
•
Use the machine only for suitable operations it has been designed for.
•
Only qualified and experienced personnel should perform maintenance on the
machine.
•
Do not operate the machine if you do not understand the instructions or control
the machine.
•
Before turning the machine on, make sure that all tool keys and installation tools
have been removed.
3. MACHINE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•
Wait until the machine is completely stopped before putting it down. Careless use
of the machine may cause serious injuries.
•
Always use hearing and eye protection, protective gloves and stable shoes.
•
Turn the machine on and wait until it reaches the maximum power before
operating.
•
Be careful with the moving blade.
•
The blades must always correspond to the original blades.
•
Make sure that the work piece is placed on a firm surface and that it is well
fastened.
•
Always use the machine with both hands.
•
Make sure that the blade is fixed securely.
•
Adjust the pivoting shoe in order to gain the right cutting depth.
•
Check that the work piece has no nails, screws or any other obstacles.
•
Make sure that the work piece is tightly fastened. If the work piece is large, use
clams to lock it tightly.
•
Do not support large work pieces with hands or feet.
•
Make sure that the power cord is not near the blade or on its way.
•
The blade and the work piece are extremely hot after cutting. Let the blade and
work piece cool before handling them.
