Recalling Individual Memory Registers
Use the following procedure to recall individual Memory Registers from a storage device to the
switcher:
1. Navigate to the Disk Recall Individual Items Menu as follows:
• Press
HOME B Disk B Recall Individual
.
2. Insert a storage device into the Synergy Switcher as follows:
• Insert the floppy disk that contains the memory registers into the floppy disk drive
of the Synergy Switcher.
OR
• Insert a USB key that contains the memory registers into the USB port of the
Synergy Switcher. You must wait 5 seconds after inserting the USB key into the
USB port before you can recall from it.
3. Press
Memory Register
to display the Disk Recall Individual Items Menu .

4. Select the memory register as follows:
• Use the From disk knob to select the location of the file.
• Use the To switcher knob to select the switcher location to save the file to.
The Memory Legend indicates the meaning of the icons that appear by the files
selected.
5. Press Recall Item to load the saved information to the Synergy Switcher.
When the file is loaded, this menu closes and the previous menu is displayed, with a
“used” icon beside the switcher location where the macro has been recalled.
Note Only registers stored with the method outlined in the section “ Saving
Individual Memory Registers ” on page 8–27 will be available to
recall individually.
Note
When you recall an individual memory from a storage device to a
locked memory location on the Synergy Switcher, you are prompted to
cancel or proceed.
