Documentation Terms and Conventions
The following terms and conventions are used throughout this manual.
Terms
The following terms are used:

525-line mode
” refers to broadcast situations using
NTSC
composite (analog) signal
reference inputs.

625-line mode
” refers to broadcast situations using
PAL-B
composite (analog) signal
reference inputs.

” refer to openGear terminal devices within openGear frames,
including all components and switches.
