Configuration Tab
Table 4.6 summarizes the Configuration tab options available in DashBoard.

System Clock
• Enables the NWE-TS to apply the
timecode defined by its internal clock
• Use the Day, Month, and Year fields to
specify the date for the system clock
• Use the Hour, Minutes, and Seconds
fields to specify the time for the system
clock
NTP
• Enables the NWE-TS to apply the
timecode defined by the NTP server
• Use the NTP Server field to enter the IP
Address of your NTP server
• This is the recommended setting
LTC
Enables the NWE-TS to use the Linear
Timecode signal from an LTC device
connected to the unbalanced LTC BNC on
the NWE-TS rear panel
NTP Server ##.##.#.##
Specifies the IP Address of the NTP
Server of your facility
LTC Observe DST
Selected
Specifies that the LTC device connected to
the NWE-TS automatically adjusts for
Daylight Savings Time
Cleared*
Specifies that the LTC device connected to
the NWE-TS does not apply DST
LTC Offset hh:mm:ss
Specify the number of hours (hh), minutes
(mm), and/or seconds (ss) to offset the
timecode from the LTC source. Use an
“+” or “-” to increase/decrease the offset
by the specified value. For example,
00:00:04 adds an offset of 4
seconds.
Time Zone #
Specifies the time zone your facility is
located in
Set Time Reference
Applies the changes made to the Time
Reference, NTP Server, LTC Observe
DST, LTC Offset, and Time Zone fields
SID Code Level
Program Content
Specifies that your facility is the broadcast
network or syndicator in the program
distribution chain
Final Distributor*
Specifies that your facility is the final
station or network in the program
distribution chain
