Replace the rotor blades with the herb basket for spinning herbs dry. In this
case the pull mechanism should be operated slowly and more carefully so
that herbs are neither crushed nor pressed into the apertures of the herb
basket by centrifugal force.
All components except for the lid (with pull mechanism) and the rotor blades
are dishwasher safe. We’d like to point out that the storage lid may slightly
distort if put into a dishwasher. The lid with its pull mechanism should not be
cleaned in a dishwasher or be submerged in washing up water. A wipe with a
damp cloth usually suffi ces to clean the underside of the lid. If by any chance
water seeps in, there is an aperture in the lid underside which can be opened
using a coin or screw-driver. Once the water has been removed, make sure
the lid is completely dry before re-assembling it.
Note:
When cleaning the rotor blades absolute caution is necessary since the
blades are extremely sharp. In order to prevent risk of injury, this component
should not be submerged in the sink together with other utensils. A RÖSLE
Washing-up Brush is the perfect tool for cleaning it. Caution is also needed
when drying.
The rotor should always be stored in its protective blade guard. When apply-
ing the guard, be careful to avoid injury on the sharp blades.
2.2. Spinning herbs dry
By changing from the rotor blades to the mixer inset, you’ll be able to turn out
delicious sauces, soups, creams, dips and dressings in seconds. The mixer
inset is designed for stirring or whisking liquids and semi-liquid consistencies.

3. Cleaning and storage
With the storage lid and its ventilation valve, chopped vegetables, fresh herbs
or prepared sauces can be stored under perfect conditions and kept fresh in
a refrigerator.
