Firing Schedules
Below are two sample firing schedules for you to use, but since all kilns are different,
feel free to play with them. The black toner will tend to degrade (turn gray) at
temperatures over 1,700F. The MICR toner will tend to become more of a sepia color
the higher you fire, but will be rich and dark up to 1600F.
Note that this is a “ramp-hold” firing program and not a cone fire, available on electric
kilns that have digital controllers
