1.8 Structure and Area of Applicability of the Operating Instructions
1.8.1 Structure
These operating instructions were written according to the Guideline 2006/42/EG and the
Regulation MSV 2010 implemented from that in Austria. These operating instructions
supports you in becoming familiar with the technical details of the machine, safe and correct
operation and servicing of the machine, and its correct use.
1.8.2 Target Group
The operating instructions are intended for persons tasked with handling the hoof trimming
crush, starting up and operating it and who have the appropriate qualifications for their
activities and functions, i.e. who can evaluate the work and identify possible hazards.
Every person who works with this hoof trimming crush must be familiar with handling the
animals/cattle to be treated.
Every person involved with work on the machine, e.g., operation, maintenance, transport,
must:

Follow the instructions and safety advice contained in them.
