QuadraVista Quick Start Guide

The QuadraVista has been designed to take the guesswork out of the installation
process.  The auto-sensing features will determine the type of video monitor
each of the four connected computer has, digital or analog.  QuadraVista also will
determine the type of keyboard (USB, PC1, PC2, PC3) and mouse (USB, PS/2,
PS/2 wheel). With these features, you will be up and running in no time.

First, make sure that power is off on QuadraVista and all computers being
connected.  Next, connect your KVM user station as shown below.  Connect a
USB mouse and USB keyboard to the corresponding USB ports.  If a PS/2
keyboard and mouse are used, a PS/2 to USB converter must be used.  Next,
connect a VGA or DVI monitor to the DVI-I port.  If a VGA monitor is used, a VGA
to DVI converter cable must be used.

Connect up to four computers to the corresponding video (DVI-I),
keyboard/mouse ports on the QuadraVista as shown below.

If a VGA (HD15F) connector is on the computer, a VGA to DVI cable must be
used.  If the keyboard and mouse are PS/2, use a PS/2 "Y" cable.

Apply power to the QuadraVista, then computers and user
station monitor.  The KVM user stations monitor will display
in the quad mode, all connected computers video.

Refer to the Installation and Operations manual for
additional information about the on-screen menus and other
configurations that can be performed.
