System Introduction

 

Thank you for choosing the MultiVideo HDMI. It is the result of Rose Electronics commitment to providing 

state-of-the-art solutions for today’s demanding workplace. It is capable of switching up to four dual-head or 

quad-head HDMI computers through a single user console. 

 

The MultiVideo HDMI is HDMI compliant, and supports screen resolutions up to 4K Ultra-HD (3840x2160 @ 

30Hz). Up to four USB 2.0 devices can be connected to the unit, which can be switched in tandem with the 

video or separately. The switch can be controlled through the front panel buttons, keyboard hoot-key 

commands, or from a computer through an RS-232 interface. A separate analog audio interface can also be 

switched in tandem or independently. The HDMI signal also passes the embedded audio with no restriction. 

 

EDID pass-through and full USB and mouse emulation of all connected monitors, keyboards and mice allow for 

smooth switching.

EDID pass-through enables smooth and efficient switching 

 

Mounts in a standard 19 inch rack
