CHECKING AND TROUBLESHOOTING
FUNCTIONALITY CHECK OF
COOKER MONITOR
The functionality of the cooker monitor
should be checked every three months.
Activate the child safety lock by pressing
the lock symbol.
When the indicator light is lit, the function
is activated.
Check that the child safety lock alarm goes
off with both an audible sound and a visible
signal and then cuts off the power when
one of the hotplates is turned on.
When the child safety lock has cut the po-
wer, turn off the hotplate.
Acknowledge the alarm by pressing the OK
symbol.
The functionality check can be repeated for
all hotplates and the oven. The oven's au-
dible signal is somewhat lower than that of
the hotplates.
Attention!
For cookers with induction hobs, a sau-
cepan should be placed on the hotplate.
IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK
Check that the fuse is intact.
If the 'service required' indicator light is lit,
see the 'Fault indicators' section.
Refer to 'Troubleshooting' to see if there is
a solution to the problem there.
