SAFETY MEASURES
Read this instruction manual carefully before using the unit and keep it for the
whole operation period.
Use the unit for its intended purpose only, as specified in this manual.
Mishandling of the unit may lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or
damage to his/her property.
• Do not use the unit outdoors.
• Do not overload the container for peppercorns.
• Do not use the unit near a kitchen sink, do not expose the unit to moisture.
• Do not leave children unattended to avoid them using the unit as a toy.
• During the unit operation and breaks between operation cycles, place the unit
out of reach of children.
• The unit is not intended to be used by people with physical, sensory or mental
disabilities (including children) or by persons lacking experience or knowledge
if they are not under supervision of a person who is responsible for their safety
or if they are not instructed by this person on the usage of the unit.
• For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags used as packaging
unattended.
Attention!
Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging
film.

• To avoid damages, transport the unit in the original package only.
• Keep the unit out of reach of children and disabled persons.

AND USAGE IN PRODUCTION AREAS AND WORK SPACES IS PROHIBITED.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low temperature keep it for at least
three hours at room temperature before switching on.
– Unpack the mill completely and remove any advertising stickers that can
prevent its operation.
– Check the unit for damages; do not use a damaged unit.
– Rotate the body (1) counterclockwise relative to the container (5). Remove
the container (5) from the body (1).
– Wash the container (5) with warm water and a neutral detergent and dry it
thoroughly.
– Clean the body (1) with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
ATTENTION!
Do not immerse the mill into water or any other liquids. Do not wash the unit parts
in a dishwashing machine.
Battery installation
• Open the battery compartment (4) lid and insert 6 «AAA» batteries (not sup-
plied), strictly following the polarity.
• Close the battery compartment (4) lid.
Notes:
Batteries leakage can cause injuries or damage the unit. To avoid the unit
damage, follow the instructions given below:
– use only the “AAA” batteries;
– do not use old and new batteries at the same time or different types of batteries;
– do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries;
– insert the batteries strictly following the polarity;
– remove the batteries if you are not planning to use the unit for a long time;
– replace the batteries in time;
– apply to specialized centers for further recycling of the batteries;
– avoid the power nippers circuit.

USAGE
– Rotate the body (1) counterclockwise. Remove the container (5) from the
body (1).
– Add the peppercorns/sea salt into the container (5).
– Insert the container (5) into the body (1), and turn it counterclockwise until
bumping.
– Select the required grinding degree by turning the adjusting knob (2).
– To use the mill, simply turn it over with the container (5) upwards. After you
finish grinding, turn the mill with the millstones upwards.
– After grinding slightly tap on the container (5) wall to shake off the remaining
spices sticking to it.
Notes:
Do not grind rock salt, it can damage the mechanism!
CLEANING
– Wipe the body (1) with a slightly damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
– Rotate the body (1) counterclockwise. Remove the container (5) from the
body (1). Wash the container (5) with warm water and a neutral detergent,
rinse and dry it thoroughly.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MILL INTO ANY LIQUIDS, DO NOT WASH IT UNDER
A WATER JET OR IN A DISHWASHING MACHINE.
STORAGE
– Clean the unit before taking it away for long storage.
– Remove the batteries from the battery compartment.
– Keep the mill in a dry cool place unreachable for children and people with
disabilities.

RECYCLING
For environment protection do not throw out the unit and the batteries
(if included), do not discard the unit and the batteries with usual household
waste after the service life expiration; apply to specialized centers for further
recycling.
The waste generated during the disposal of the unit is subject to mandatory
collection and consequent disposal in the prescribed manner.
For further information about recycling of this product apply to a local munici-
pal administration, a disposal service or to the shop where you purchased this
product.
The manufacturer preserves the right to change design, structure and specifi-
cations not affecting general principles of the unit operation without a prelimi-
nary notification due to which insignificant differences between the manual and
product may be observed. If the user reveals such differences, please report
them via e-mail [email protected] for receipt of an updated manual.

Details regarding guarantee conditions can be obtained from the dealer from
whom the appliance was purchased. The bill of sale or receipt must be pro-
duced when making any claim under the terms of this guarantee.
