Care
and
Maintenance
To
install/replace
the
batteries
•
Install
batteries
with
care
so
as
to
avoid
battery
acid
leakage.
•
Locate
the
battery
compartment
on
the
underside
of
the
buzzer.
•
Using
a
Phillips
screwdriver,
remove
the
screw
securing
the
battery
compartment
door.
Remove
the
door
and
install
batteries
observing
the
polarity
indicated
inside
the
battery
compartment.
Replace
the
compartment
door
and
the
screw.
•
Do
not
mix
alkaline,
standard
(carbon
‐
zinc)
or
rechargeable
(nickel
‐
cadmium)
batteries.
Do
not
mix
new
and
used
batteries.
Do
not
charge
non
‐
rechargeable
batteries.
Remove
rechargeable
batteries
from
the
buzzers
before
charging.
Do
not
short
‐
circuit
the
supply
terminals.
•
Remove
weak
or
exhausted
batteries
from
the
buzzers.
Remove
the
batteries
if
the
buzzers
will
not
be
used
for
long
periods
of
time.
•
Store
at
room
temperature.
•
To
clean,
wipe
the
surface
with
a
soft,
dry
cloth.
Do
not
immerse
in
water.

Troubleshooting
In
the
unlikely
event
of
product
failure,
please
check
the
following:
Problem
:
The
Buzzers
do
not
work
•
Check
that
the
battery
has
been
charged.
•
Check
the
batteries
are
inserted
the
correct
way
round
(+
to
+,
‐
to
‐
).
•
Make
sure
the
batteries
are
the
correct
type
–
AAA.
•
Replace
the
batteries
with
new
batteries.
•
In
the
HIGHLY
unlikely
event
of
this
product
causing
electrical
interference,
distance
this
product
from
your
TV,
radio
etc
