Please locate and confirm
you have the following parts:
A. larger end panels = 2
B. smaller end panels = 2
C. long bed rails = 4
D. group of 7 support slats assembled with 2 textile
ribbons = 4
E. short guard rail = 1
F. long guard rail = 1
G. ladder stairs = 5
H. ladder rails = 2
One bag of hardware with the following:
1. Allen bolts (70mm - 2 3/4") = 16
2. barrel nuts = 16
3. wooden plugs = 32
4. wood screw (35mm - 1 3/8") = 16
5. steel pins = 4
6. ladder hooks = 2
7. wood screw (20mm - 3/4") = 6
8. wood screw (25mm - 1") = 8
9. Allen bolts (40mm - 1 9/16") = 10
10. Allen wrench = 1
Required tools:
CAUTION:
Allen wrench (supplied), Phillips
screwdriver, flat screwdriver, hammer
Do not use a power screwdriver which
can cause screws to break or strip
Place
of the

onto the wood brackets attached to the long
bed rails.
Make sure you firmly attach the support slats
to the wood brackets with
of the longer
wood screws ( ) provided.

Use a Phillips
screwdriver to firmly tighten the screws.
Make sure the slats are spaced
between the bed ends!

STEP 1
Assemble the bottom bed first using
larger
end panels ( ) and
long bed rails ( ).
Attach the long bed rails to the end pieces
using
long Allen bolts ( ) and
barrel nuts
( ).
You must use the two upper holes on each
side of the larger panels.

STEP 2
Align the straight slots in the head of the
barrel nuts horizontally, so the threads in the
bolt will insert in the barrel nut. You can
adjust the position of the barrel nut with a
flat head screwdriver (not supplied) or a
coin.
Push the Alen bolt through the end panel
and into the long bed rail. Start the threads
by hand to assure you don't strip the
threads.
Tighten all
bolts with the supplied Allen
wrench.

Gently tap
of the wooden plugs
( ) in the holes to hide the screw heads.
