10. Update ROMApad
As soon as your PC recognises the
ROMApad, an automatic backup is
made and saved on your PC.
10.3. Current software version and
finding software updates
Following successful connection, the
UpdateChecker will show the current
software version of the ROMApad.
When the 'Update' field is greyed out, your
ROMApad has the most recent software.
If your PC is connected to the Internet,
you can update the software to the most
recent version by looking under "finding
updates".
To verify the software directly via
the ROMApad, without using the
UpdateChecker:
Settings / System / Login /
Password: INSTAL / Software
management
10.4. Software-update
of the ROMApad
Click on "Update" to start the update
process.
When all data has been sent, click on
"yes" on the pad.
The update will be completed in 15 minu-
tes and the ROMA pad will be restarted.
