Assemble the Front Wheels
Slide a thick washer onto the front axle.
Slide the front wheel onto the front axle. The concave side should face
inward.
Slide the thin washer onto the axle.
Using the hex wrench, fasten the nut on the end of the axle and tighten
until you can not tighten any more.
Snap on the wheel cover by aligning the tabs on the cover with the
slots on the wheel
.
Repeat steps 1-5 for the other front wheel.
