Maintenance That Should Be Performed Daily
Disposing of Discharged Fluid
The drain bottle collects discharged fluid. Dispose of collected material
before the bottle becomes full. The message shown in the figure appears
when a certain amount of discharged fluid has collected in the bottle.
Follow the procedure below to discard the discharged fluid.
Procedure

When the message shown in the figure appears, press
.

Press .

Press several times until the screen on the left
appears.
Press .

Press several times until the screen on the left
appears.
Press .

Press several times until the screen on the left
appears.
Press .

When the screen shown on the left is displayed, remove
the bottle and discard the discharged fluid.
CAUTION
Before you detach the drain bottle, be sure to wait for the screen to display
"EMPTY DRAIN BOTTLE."
Failing to follow this procedure may cause discharged fluid to flow out of the
tube and spill onto your hands or the floor and cause a stain.

Attach the emptied drain bottle to the machine once more.
