CLEANING
1 . Use a damp cloth to clean the body of the machine (1 Fig . 1) and
do not use
abrasive detergents.
2 . Remove the grid (7 Fig . 1) and the basin (6 Fig . 1), empty any capsules and
wash them with an ordinary dishwashing detergent .
3 . Periodically remove the water tank (2 Fig . 3) and rinse it with clean water then
put it back properly in its place .
Never immerse the machine body (1 Fig .1) in water or
other liquids .
Never wash any machine component in the dishwash-
er .
Before doing any cleaning, ALWAYS disconnect the
plug (8 Fig, 1) from the power socket .

Warning: The model Rolando Il Benessere Espresso MC101 is designed to be
used combined with capsules Rolando Il Benessere Espresso.
The use with different models and brands of capsules and/or pods involves the
malfunction of the equipment and the loss of warranty.
CLEANING THE CIRCUIT
This procedure must be performed before preparing different types of drinks in order
to clean the circuit and prevent contamination of taste among the different processed
products (coffee, tea, infusions):
1 . Turn on the machine pressing the switch to “ON” (12 Fig .1) .
2 . Wait the reaching of water temperature signalled by the switching-on of warning
light (10 Fig .1) .
3 . Open the capsule-holder compartment (4 Fig . 1) by raising the lever (5 Fig .1) in
order to discharge the capsule .
4 . Raise the lever (5 Fig . 1) .
5 . Place on the cup-grid (7 fig . 1 or 14 fig . 1) a container and press the switch (9
Fig . 1) to “ON” and release hot water for about 7 seconds . Press again switch (9
Fig . 1) to “OFF” to stop the leaking of water .
6 . Proceed placing a new capsule of the product you want and follow the normal
procedures for the preparation of drinks .
The frequency of this operation depends on the hard-
ness of the water used .
DESCALING
1 . Descale the machine periodically .
