4-2 What to Do If
Do you set an instrument to be imprinted without using the supplied vise or the table?
Switch off the power by holding down the [Power/Movement] button for one second or longer.
If you set an instrument of which surface height is low without using the supplied table or the vise, the machine
considers that the surface height of the instrument does not meet the requirement for carrying out printing
operation. Make sure to set an instrument using the supplied vise or the table.

Is the knob loosened?
Switch off the power by holding down the [Power/Movement] button for one second or longer.
If the knob becomes loose during printing in the case that the head cap is not used, the head position does
not match the surface height of the instrument. When you set the head position, make sure to tighten the
knob firmly.

The machine doesn't run even when printing data is sent.
Is the power switched on?
Make sure the Power/Movement button light is on. If it is dark, press the Power/Movement button to switch
on the power.

Is the power cord connected correctly?
If it is not connected correctly, connect it properly.

Is the cable used for the connection to the computer connected correctly?
Check if the connection cable is disconnected.
The printed location isn't where desired
Is the instrument to be imprinted loaded at the correct location?
If striking is performed at a location other than where the instrument is loaded, then reload the instrument.

Is the origin point of the machine displaced?
If the origin point is displaced, you cannot place printed text or image at the desired position. Using MPX-90M
Head Manager, adjust the origin point.
