Turning the Power On and Off

Connect one end of the supplied AC power cord to a grounded AC outlet, and the other
end to the AC INPUT connector to provide power for the S-4000D’s internal power supply.

To prevent the power cord from being unplugged inadvertently, you should secure the
power cord in place using the power cord clamp.

1

Lift up the power cord clamp, then insert

the power cord into AC INPUT on the rear

panel.

2

Lower the power cord clamp to secure the

power cord plug.

Once the connections have been completed, turn on power to your various devices in the
order specified. By turning on devices in the wrong order, you risk causing malfunction
and/or damage to speakers and other devices.

2

Set the [POWER] switch on the unit’s front panel to OFF to switch off the

Use only the supplied power cord

to prevent damage to the units.

To prevent malfunction and/or

damage to speakers or other

devices, always turn down the

volume, and turn off the power

on all devices before making any

connections

Switching off the power to the

unit also stops the supply of

power to any REAC devices

compatible with REAC

EMBEDDED POWER that are

connected to the unit.
