Can I create a private channel for myself?

One of my channels is not working as it should, what should I
do?
Try rebooting your device. If that doesn’t work then follow these
steps:
•
Remove the channel
•
Unplug the power adapter of the Roku player for 10 seconds
•
Re-plug the power adapter
•
Re-add the channel
If the channel still isn’t working properly after this, this is what Roku tech
support will tell you to do:
1. Press the home button 5 times
2. Press the Rewind button (the button looks like two
arrows pointing to the left) 3 times
3. Press the Fast Forward button (the button looks like
two arrows pointing right) 2 times
4. Then select the bit rate override screen and set it at 3.5
Mbps
