purchase

Claims under the warranty can only be asserted after handing over or sending the
product to Rojopa Vertriebs GmbH- Complaints Department -, Gniebing 125, A-8330
Feldbach.
The customer is entitled to assert the warranty only after presenting the original proof
of purchase, which must contain the date of purchase. Rojopa will mention the freight
company to the customer for the return for repair or replacement and will bear the cost
of the transport.
However, if the customer chooses another freight company, the manufacturer does not
pay for the cost of the shipment.

functional warranty is five years from the date of purchase.
