Returns the measurement results of
all
channels in the form of float values which are
separated by a comma. Channels which are switched off are represented by value
"9.91E+37".
Dual channel instruments: 2 channels
Multi channel instruments: 1 to 8 channels
Suffix:

1 = function measurement results
2 = input or second monitor measurement results
3 = frequency , phase measurement results
6 = level monitor measurement results
