TX Measurement
The table provides an overview of statistical values measured in the "Scalar Slot". Other
detailed views provide a subset of these values:

UE Power: Transmitter output power of the UE, measured in a bandwidth of 2.1 MHz
(Band pass: 2.1 MHz, RRC, roll-off factor = 0.22).
