MAC Index [Rev. 0] / [Rev. A] / [Rev. B]
Preamble MAC index of the MAC layer packets transmitted on the forward traffic chan-
nel. For the 1xEV-DO signaling application, the MAC index specifies the address of a
single user's MAC layer on the related Pilot (Carrier); see standard 3GPP2 C.S0024-B
for a general description. Rev. 0, Rev. A and Rev. B denote the network release (see
"Network Release" on page 88).
Because R&S CMW transmits single user packets, with MAC layer protocol Revision 0
only MAC indices between 5 and 63 are supported. Revision A and B allow for addi-
tional indices 72 to 127.
Rev. B support requires option R&S CMW-KS881.

Defines a power control bit pattern which the R&S CMW transmits in order to control
the transmitter output power of the AT (closed loop power control; see standard
3GPP2 C.S0002).
