MAC Index [Rev. 0] / [Rev. A] / [Rev. B]
Preamble MAC index of the MAC layer packets transmitted on the forward traffic chan-
nel. For the 1xEV-DO signaling application, the MAC index specifies the address of a
single user's MAC layer on the related Pilot (Carrier); see standard 3GPP2 C.S0024-B
for a general description. Rev. 0, Rev. A and Rev. B denote the network release (see
