3.3.2 Signal Routing and Analyzer Settings
The measurement is configured in the TX measurement configuration dialog. All set-
tings except "Physical Layer Subtype" are relevant for both TX measurements: multi
evaluation and OLTR measurements. The setting for "Physical Layer Subtype" is rele-
vant for multi evaluation measurement only. The following parameters configure the RF
input path.

Scenario, Controlled by
Scenario switches between certain test situations that require different sets of parame-
ters. Some parameters are only available for a specific scenario.
●
Standalone
(SA) mode provides you the non-signaling 1xEV-DO measurement,
using all 1xEV-DO measurement settings.
●
Combined Signal Path
(CSP) allows you to use a 1xEV-DO signaling application
(options R&S CMW-KS880) in combination with 1xEV-DO measurement. The sig-
naling application is selected by the additional parameter "Controlled by".
The signaling application configures signal routing and analyzer settings and over-
rides the measurement settings. The parameters described in this section display
values determined by the signaling application. The corresponding measurement
settings are remembered in the background and displayed again when switching
back to the standalone scenario.
Connection status information of the signaling application is displayed at the bot-
tom of the measurement views. Softkeys and hotkeys provide access to the set-
tings of the signaling application and allow you to switch the forward signal on or
off, see
chapter 3.3.16, "Additional Softkeys and Hotkeys"
