Transmit Modulation Limits
A poor modulation accuracy of the AT transmitter increases the transmission errors in
the reverse channel of the 1xEV-DO network. The waveform quality is the critical quan-
tity to assess the modulation accuracy of a 1xEV-DO AT.
3GPP2 C.S0033-B section 4.2.2 defines the minimum requirements for the waveform
quality in terms of a scalar "waveform quality factor"

the waveform quality factor shall be greater than 0.944

the transmit time error shall not exceed 1 μs
