Connecting to HS Dig I/Q

The HS Dig I/Q connector comprises a QSFP+ (Quad Small Form-factor Plugga-
ble) socket, that has two components: a QSFP+ cage and a QSFP+ connector.
The QSFP+ cable is equipped with the QSFP+ plug.
