dass Sie einfach, ohne großen Kraftaufwand, “hin- und
herkippeln” können.
Zur Arretierung (Feststellen) der Mechanik den Hebel
herausziehen, zum Lösen wieder zurück drücken. Das geht
nur bei aufrechter Sitzposition! Sie haben dann eine feste
Sitzposition.

Weight adjustment via turning knob . The perfect posi-
tion is when you are able to “wobble back and forth” without
any effort.
In order to lock the mechanism, please pull the lever
out.
You can release it by pushing the lever back. Please note that
an upright and fixed sitting position is necessary!
